As the Model Airplane hobby continues to grow, so does the number of events held each year. Beginning of 2025 BVM will introduce a new process to streamline donation requests with the following requirements.

 

·         Event needs to be Turbine Jet Friendly

 

·         Please provide Flyer and/or event webpage link for the scheduled event

 

·         Send Donation Requests at least 60 – 90 days before scheduled event

 

·         Use PDF link below to submit the information about your request

Once your Event Donation request is received, we will give it a careful review. Due to the volume of requests that BVM is now receiving, we cannot guarantee a response.

If your event meets our criteria and you have provided us with proper documentation, you will hear back from us a month prior to your event.
