Refreshing Perma-Grit Tools
 

Perma-Grit tools are an indispensable addition to a modeler’s shop. Occasionally, with use they will become clogged with resins, plastics, and glue.

q       Heat with your propane torch until the clogging medium melts. Heat just enough to melt the resin.

q       Scrub with a wire brush.

q       After cleaning, dip in water to cool before you use.
