Buescher won the RC Team Scale National Championship
-Open class at the Academy of Model Aeronautics "NATS"
contest in Muncie this year. They flew a BVM MiG-15
powered by the BVM EVF ~3~ 12S 9er. This combination
gave the speed and power to perform the big vertical
maneuvers and high speed passes which impressed the
judges. With a static score just .25 points below the
competition, they still won first place gaining the edge
with Dustin's superb flying.

Buescher won first place in RC Fun Scale National
Championship Expert class at the Academy of Model
Aeronautics "NATS" contest in Muncie this year. He flew
a BVM F-16 and was tied with the second place aircraft
(a BVM MiG flown by Terry Nitsch) through four flights.
The attached photo shows the head judge explaining the
score and tie breaking procedures to the assembled
pilots at the award ceremony. |
