We have found that this product has lots of model shop uses, especially for removing sticky residue that remains after you remove masking tape, Velcro adhesive backed tapes, etc.

  It is very gentle on painted surfaces. As with any chemical product, there are numerous precautions printed on the container for proper ventilation, skin contact, etc. It works much better than Isopropyl Alcohol.
